Pulse Room is designed for hospitality professionals to monitor and analyze publicly available review data, reservation metrics, and competitor performance for their own business operations. You may use the Service for:
- Monitoring your own restaurant performance
- Benchmarking against competitors using publicly available data
- Internal reporting and analysis
- Team collaboration within your organization
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Data Misuse
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained through the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Use data to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
- Publish or share competitor data publicly in a misleading context
System Abuse
- Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
- Access accounts or data belonging to other users
Account Misuse
- Share login credentials with individuals outside your organization
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations
- Provide false information during registration
- Impersonate another person or organization
Legal Violations
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend access
- Permanently terminate the account
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us through the Service or at the address below.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
