We want you to be satisfied with Pulse Room. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time, but refunds for annual plans are handled as follows:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund upon request, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days: No refund is issued. You retain access until the end of your annual billing period.

Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and standard billing applies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Service or at the address below. Please include your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
